If you have emailed the shop or sent in a form and haven’t heard back in a few days please do not despair! It can take up to 2 weeks for us to reply to emails sometimes. Please note we cannot reply to every request form, if you have specific questions please email the shop!
Please note that when my books are closed the cancellation list is always open!
Cancellation list
During the months my books are closed you can submit your project idea to the cancellation list by emailing us. Please include the following information
-project concept
-size in inches
-any reference material or images
-placement on the body
-phone number
-availability
You’ll be added to the list automatically when an availability that meets your request comes up we will email or call you to notify you we recommend resubmitting periodically, or at any time your availability or project changes.
Masks and Covid-19
Prior to your arrival we ask that you take the self assessment at Covid-19 Self-Assessment
If you are unwell or at high risk we ask that you contact us to reschedule your appointment.
Masks
Masking in the studio is now optional, of course we want everyone to be comfortable with their experience.
Please reach out if you require the use of a mask by Mariah during your appointment. Upon arrival, please sanitize your hands (provided at the entrance) and/or wash your hands in the hand washing station. Fill out your waiver on the tablet provided (they are sanitized between each use)
Touchups
Occasionally some touch ups are necessary, most of the time if your new tattoo is less than 3 months old this is a very quick process.
Touch ups are offered at artist’s discretion.
A touch up fee will apply.
